  I’m Michael, a hospitality professional with over 7 years of experience in luxury dining.  I’ve developed and launched 13 restaurant and bar concepts across high-end resorts and hotels. From fine dining to beach clubs, I’ve built guest journeys, SOPs, menus, and service standards. The Restaurant Lab is my way of bringing that expertise to restaurants everywhere.
